Once you have uploaded and visualized your geospatial data, the next step is sharing it. MapDataHub makes sharing maps as simple as sending a link.
Generate a share link
Click the share icon next to any file in the file panel. MapDataHub creates a unique URL that displays your map in a clean, full-screen viewer. Anyone with the link can pan, zoom, and explore the data — no account needed.
Embed maps in your website
Share links can be used as embed URLs. Use an iframe to display interactive maps directly on your website or blog. Visitors can explore the data without leaving your page.
Revoke access anytime
Need to take down a shared map? Click the revoke button to invalidate the share link immediately. The map becomes private again.
Export your data
Every uploaded file can be exported as GeoJSON. This is useful for downloading a converted version of your data — for example, downloading a Shapefile as GeoJSON for use in web applications.
By default, all your files and maps are private. They are only shared when you explicitly create a share link. Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
