Refund Policy

Effective Date: 19 October 2025

1. General Refund Policy

We at MapDataHub strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our powerful geospatial mapping and data visualization services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds under certain conditions outlined below.

2. Subscription-Based Services

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not available, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You may request a refund for an annual subscription within the first 14 days of your purchase, provided that you have not significantly used the service.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in your subscription period after 14 days of use.

3. Free Trials

If your subscription began with a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancellations made before the trial ends will not incur any charges, and no refunds are applicable for free trials.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@mapdatahub.com within the applicable refund period. Include your account information, subscription details, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method you provided at the time of purchase.
  • Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to provide refunds under exceptional circumstances that fall outside of our normal policy, such as platform-wide outages or billing errors. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Please review this page periodically for updates.
